Rene Saint Yves or David Sealver, his artistic name, is a Canadian writer who has chosen our resort to write two of his books, the first L´Enfant du placard was written last year during his stay in Villa Capricho. When this photo was taken, on 23rd March, 2002, he was writing his second book and is accompanied by Lázaro Torriente, deputy manager of the Hotel Sol Club, and Luis Clarke, Minister of Tourism representative in Cayo Largo del Sur. During his stay he was awarded with the title of Distinguished Guest of the resort.
