edition of "My stay in Cayo Largo" photography contest
comes to its end |

Since
its coming online on January 16, 2002, the website of our the
tourist destination published the first edition of this
photography festival.
Twenty
one participants sent by e-mail 39 pictures taken during their
stay in Cayo Largo. A sample of the most original pictures can
be seen now in the Photographic Festival of our website. |

First place |
The first place was
granted to Canadian Mark Webb, for this
excellent picture taken at dusk from the bell tower of
Sol Pelicano Hotel.

| The
second place went to the also Canadian Mary Graton, for
this original picture depicting the beautiful natural landscapes
of our tourist destination. |

Third place
|
| Due to the picture´s
high level of complexity, as well as its quality, the third
place was granted to Canadian Robert Mounton.
The picture shows the charming beach extension in front of Sol
Pelicano facilities. |

The
second edition of the contest began last July 30, 2008 and will
end next year. This will be as part of the activities
to be held on the occasion of the XXVII Anniversary of
Cayo Largo del Sur´s creation as tourist destination. The
clients interested in participating can visit the Photographic
